Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please review our refund policy below before registering.

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation Timing Refund Amount
More than 30 days before 90% of registration fee (10% administration charge)
14–30 days before 50% of registration fee
Less than 14 days before or non-attendance No refund
Short-notice military deployment With supporting documentation 100% refund

Ticket Transfers & Name Changes

Name changes are permitted without fee up to 3 working days before the conference, subject to a written or email request. After this date, changes are at the organiser's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.


How to Request a Refund or Transfer

All cancellations, refund requests, and transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email to the conference organiser. The effective cancellation date will be determined by the timestamp when your email is received.

Organiser Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers without an alternative date being offered, registered delegates may:

  • Transfer their registration to the rescheduled dates, or

  • Request a full refund of registration fees
