Submission instructions, file requirements, and key information for accepted oral and poster presenters at MS³ 2026.
Oral Presenters
Action Required

Submit your presentation by 1800 on Sunday 17 May 2026 to info@admst.org. Please use the subject line: MS3 2026 Presentation Submission — [Surname].

We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.

Slides will be pre-loaded onto the venue laptop in advance of the conference.

Presentation format

Each presentation is 8 minutes in duration, followed by 2 minutes for questions. Session chairs will keep strictly to time.

Surname_FirstInitial_Session_Number.pptx — e.g. Smith_J_Session_1.pptx. Your session number is shown on the conference programme: www.admst.org/programme
Large files
If your file is too large to email, please contact info@admst.org to arrange an alternative transfer method.

Poster Presenters

Posters are electronic — no printing is required.

Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF.
Orientation
Landscape.
Recommended size
A0 (841mm × 1189mm; 33.1″ × 46.8″) to ensure a suitable aspect ratio. In PowerPoint: Design → Slide Size → Custom Slide Size → Page Setup.
File name
Surname_FirstInitial_Poster.pptx (or .pdf) — e.g. Smith_J_Poster.pptx.

Optional flash presentation

In addition to displaying your poster, you are invited to take part in an optional flash presentation session — an informal, fast-paced opportunity to pitch your work to a panel and compete for the poster prize.

Sign up
An announcement will be made on the day inviting authors to register their interest. No advance registration is required.
Format
Each presenter will be invited in turn to give a 2-minute talk, followed by 1 minute for questions. Strict timing — for fun and expediency!
Prize
A panel will assess the presentations and award the poster prize to the winner.
